This whole process was a cluster F. They don’t take cash just tokens. I only had a 20 and didn’t want 20 in tokens. I paid with my card and it charged me $15. Truly a frustrating and difficult experience that didn’t need to be that way.

I’ve been washing my family‘s cars here for over 10 years. I spent one minute spraying some stuff on my tires and rims and the attendant owner came into the bay and expressed displeasure with my activity and told me to read the rules. I had just changed $20 into their coins spent five dollars vacuuming and was about to spend $15 washing. The rules are very selectively applied. I am very disappointed and will never do business at this car wash again.

Car wash Itself Is great, but If you use a card to pay for the wash It will bill you $15. Now I know It says 5 on the card reader but after I washed my car I checked my pnc and It said $15 from Eastland Auto Wash. So to summarize this story short, Bring cash.

I used this car wash the other day the self service bay with my debit card. Was not in there very long because I do not use every wash cycle. The machine told me that my total was $5.00. Just checked my bank statements and they charged me $12.50 which is absolutely absurd for any car wash. Tried calling multiple times and left a few messages with no call back. I will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau. Do not go here people and do not use a card.

I used my card here yesterday and when I hit "stop" on the machine, it said my total was $4.50, but after checking my bank account this morning they charged me $12.50. On top of that, when using the self-serve bays, changing to each new cycle takes an additional 15 seconds for the chemicals to come out to what you change it to. That may not seem like a long time, but when you're changing cycles 5 different times you end up having to pay much more in the long run and scramble to find more quarters. If you are going to go here, DO NOT use your card.
